A guy suspected of firing several pictures within Tysons Corner Heart in Virginia on Saturday has turned himself in to authorities.

Noah Settles, 22, turned himself in at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Middle on Wednesday after remaining named a suspect on Sunday, the Fairfax County Law enforcement Division reported.

Settles, a skilled rapper who performs beneath the name “No Savage,” allegedly bought into a “dispute” with yet another team at the buying mall ahead of pulling out his firearm and firing various pictures, law enforcement claimed.
