Suspect in Tysons Corner mall shooting turns himself in to police

A guy suspected of firing several pictures within Tysons Corner Heart in Virginia on Saturday has turned himself in to authorities.

Noah Settles, 22, turned himself in at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Middle on Wednesday after remaining named a suspect on Sunday, the Fairfax County Law enforcement Division reported.
