Officers arrested Brandon Cabrera of Carlsbad on Friday, May 6, at The Shoppes at Carlsbad shopping mall with the enable of shopping mall and retailer workers, law enforcement claimed in a information launch.
In incidents in Could 2021 and February, Cabrera came up powering women browsing at the mall and groped them ahead of running away, police said.
On May well 2, Cabrera adopted a woman into the parking good deal and groped her as she obtained into her automobile, law enforcement explained. The female chased Cabrera, but he escaped.
