4 police officers, two medics and a civilian have been hurt in what authorities are calling a “small explosion” at a strip mall just outdoors Baltimore, Maryland, Monday evening.

A spokesman for the Baltimore County Fire Department stated that police had been known as to a nail salon in the shopping heart all around 9:30 p.m. ET for a report of a previous personnel on the premises.
